POLICY

All clients are required to pay a deposit at the time of booking to secure their appointment & this will be deducted from the total price payable on the day of their appointment.

  • This deposit is non-refundable & non-transferable.

  • All late cancellations made within less than 48 hours, & no-shows may be charged in full & deposit will be forfeited.

  • Refunds are not applicable where the client cancels the appointment. Where through no fault of the salon or the client, for example in an act of god (COVID lockdowns) where the appointment cannot be upheld, only then a credit note will be provided to the client.

    • Please note, event cancelations, illness, change of mind & anything of similar nature are not applicable to receive a credit note.

  • Deposits are paid per person. For example; a group booking where 1 person drops out, their deposit will be forfeited as each deposit paid is per person & cannot be added to another appointment.

  • You are encouraged to arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. Clients are expected to contact us if they are running late & failing to arrive on time or those who do not contact us risk losing their appointment.

  • Full refunds will only apply in cases where Mikayla has to cancel the appointment.
